I love learning new techniques, and I love to share what I am learning, as well. So let me share what "keyword search" really means and how it can help with your business cash flow.

 

Keyword research or keyword search (or SEO in today's modern world) is simply the process of discovering the terms people use as search queries in search engines. With the use of core keywords, you can create quality content for your social media, blogs, or websites. But how it helps marketers, it gives marketers an insight into what people look for and what matters to them.

 

In this video, I talked about my five simple steps on how I used keyword searching to create my everyday content for social media, blogs, and websites. These steps work for me, and I hope it works for you too.

 

Here are some steps in learning how to do keyword searching: 

  • Defining your niche market will help you narrow down your search criteria. When you know your niche market, you can find out what your customers are searching for.
  • Research keywords for your define niche market and find out what the most popular keywords on your niche market.
  • Check the keywords that have metrics by using a keyword tool like keywords everywhere; you can learn more about the volume, ration, and CPC (click per cost) of a specific keyword when using this tool.
  • Create keywords container or bucket of keywords that are related to your niche market or business. If you are in the health and wellness industry, you can use terms like supplements, keto, diet, fitness, or other words related to health.
  • Lastly, filter your keywords & write your core keywords list that you can use to create your content for your blog, social media, or websites. These core keywords will help gain visibility when people search on your social media, blogs, or websites.

 

Using core keywords will help you in providing quality content for your audience. It will help you solve specific issues such as lack of engagement, getting an off-topic, and inconsistent topic.
